Well, since I need to drop a few pounds for my APFT anyway, I've decided to fast today. I used to do this for two weeks at a time in college, but I find I don't have that kind of willpower anymore... My last attempt was about 18 months ago, and I only made it three days. I'm just doing one this time, but I think I'll start doing it on a regular basis, say, one day every other weekend.
UPDATE
Too much stress for a fast... I'm doing Atkins.
