Well, the day I have been dreading has come and gone. I took and passed my APFT yesterday, although I did not do well. My waist size had increased quite a bit I have been moving and changing shifts constantly; I just barely made my 24% allowed bodyfat.
Further, although my counter never said that I made a mistake, she counted only 43 of my 51 push-ups, which was more than a little frustrating. The heat killed me on my run; I finished my first two laps in just over 3 minutes, buy my final time was 17:14. Combined with 55 sit-ups, that makes a total score of 206... lots of room for improvement.
